My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was convenient for my activities in Austin but not the most appealing neighborhood. The staff was friendly and apologetic about some issues we faced, making the service pleasant. The room, though small, had comfy beds, but the strong smell of detergent was overwhelming for someone with allergies. The dining experience was subpar, lacking variety compared to the usual Holiday Inn standards. Overall, the value for money was somewhat questionable.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were decent, but there was a weird smell when the AC was off, and the freeway noise was bothersome. The location wasn't ideal due to the neighborhood issues, but it was convenient for activities in the Austin area. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms at this hotel, which were much larger than other 3 or 4-star hotels I've stayed at in the United States. The cozy ambiance of the room made me feel right at home, and our second room was ready upon our arrival. The service was exceptional with a friendly and prideful team. However, the location's access was a bit challenging due to construction, although it was convenient for our activities in Austin.
